How can I rent the rock?

Use the Sign-up Genius link at the top of this page to reserve your desired date.

You may begin painting at 4:00 pm on the day before your reservation.

How do I pay?

Payment is due within 3 days after making your reservation. Please access the link HERE to pay by credit card. Alternatively, you may turn in a check to the front office made payable to TBE PTO. Be sure to include a not with "Spirit Rock" and the date you are reserving. If payment is not received by the third day, your reservation will be canceled and reopened to the public. All payments and reservations are nonrefundable.

What can I reserve the Rock for?

Anything! Celebrate your child’s birthday, thank a teacher or staff member, congratulate someone, wish a team food luck at a competition or tournament, recognize a milestone and more. The Rock is a fun and creative way to spread any positive message!

Can the PTO paint the rock for me?

No. It is your responsibility to paint the rock or arrange for someone to paint it for you. You are also responsible for providing all decorating materials.

Exterior house paint or spray paint works well for covering the Rock. Acrylic paint (such as those available at craft stores) can be used for lettering or more detailed designs. Please clean up after you finish and do not leave any paint or materials on or around the Rock.

What if I reserve the rock and the weather is bad?

In the event of inclement weather, you may towel-dry and the Rock and proceed with painting. If you prefer not to paint in poor weather, you may check the calendar and select the next available date as a replacement. We are unable to offer refunds.
